How does drop-off and pick-up work?
Once the order details are confirmed, the delivery method will be determined. Pick-up and drop-off services are available for an additional fee of $5.00 per route. Customers can opt to pick-up and drop-off their order directly, and materials may also be shipped directly to me, in which case the address will be provided.
Do you offer refunds?
Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Conscious Needle.
What is your turn around time?
Two weeks for machine embroidery.
TBD for Hand Embroidery.
Do you offer shipping?
I offer shipping for clients who are not within a 10-mile radius of Perrysburg, OH.
How do I care for my embroidered items?
Hand and machine embroidery are highly durable and have the potential to last a lifetime. To maintain the quality of your embroidery, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Do you provide the merchandise to be embroidered?
At this time, I do not supply the merchandise. You can purchase the item you want to have embroidered online and have it shipped directly to me.

What is a hooping fee?
A hooping fee is applied to compensate for the time spent preparing the item for embroidery. For each instance where I need to hoop the fabric and use stabilizing tools, a fee of $5.00 will be included. The process of hooping a single item for embroidery can vary in duration, ranging from a few minutes to close to an hour, making it quite labor-intensive.
